Pescamancy
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
Pescamancy is a game about using magic to quell storms and catch fish. It was made with Godot for the Brackeys Game Jam 2024.2.
The theme of the jam is "calm before the storm". In our game, you are a pescamancer, an ancient and mysterious blend of fisher and mage. After a brief period of calm seas, a supernatural storm arrives that brings with it rough seas and sea monsters. You have to find pockets of calm within the storm to catch fish. By offering them to the gods, you can quell their wrath and restore tranquility to the ocean.
Controls can be reconfigured via the in-game settings menu!
