Backgrounds for Troika! is a 16-page black and white zine created by junk for the TroikaFest! 2021 Game Jam. It contains six all-new Troika! backgrounds laid out in a trashed photocopy style and featuring lots of weird public domain art.

- Soup Evangelist, a cast iron holy warrior dedicated to feeding the masses and spreading the Gospel of Soup!
- Mimicry Performer, a skilled entertainer who can faithfully reproduce the voices and mannerisms of anyone you observe!
- Hivehome Duelist, an insectoid-errant in search of adventure and seeking to prove your honor and bravery!
- Vial Devil, a wretched little imp finally free after a thousand years of captivity!
- Giant of the Coral City, an eight foot tall aquatic wanderer hailing from the ocean floor!
- Disgraced Animal Parliamentarian, a once-respected politician driven from your underground home due to the slanderous lies of your enemies!
Two versions of the zine are included: a screen resolution version suitable for digital use, and a 300 dpi version so you can print and assemble your own copy!

This is absolutely fabulous! The layout looks gorgeous and the backgrounds themselves seem like such a joy to play!
